Reservations: All reservations are to be made on an individual basis with the Snowmass Resort Village Association. Please call 1-800-SNOWMASS to make your reservation. Please note you plan to attend the fusion conference when you call. A deposit (by credit card will be required). Facilities: A brief description of each of the facilities is provided below: Crestwood Condominiums: Deluxe studio, one, two, and three bedroom condominiums with full kitchen, fireplace, and balcony with gas grills. Hotel services including full-service front desk, courtesy vans, grocery shopping and daily maid service. Swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna at complex. Color, cable TV/HBO. Pokolodi Lodge and Snowmass Inn: Two of Snowmass Village's most popular and affordable lodges! Both are adjacent to the Village Mall and the Snowmass Summer Activities. The Pokolodi features nicely decorated rooms with color cable television, refrigerators, coffee makers, and balconies overlooking the Valley and the Village. Rate includes a deluxe continental breakfast. Stonebridge Inn: This cozy, friendly lodge is located only steps from the mountain and two blocks from the Village Mall. The Stonebridge Inn went through a complete renovation recently and continues to upgrade every year. Rate includes a deluxe continental breakfast. Timberline Condominiums: Studio to three bedroom suites, many feature panoramic mountain views. All condominiums have kitchen facilities, balconies with grills, color TV/free HBO. Daily maid service and transportation from the Aspen Airport provided. Swimming pool, sauna on site. Top of the Village Condominiums: Located on the ski slope above the Village Mall and bordered on three sides by White River National Forest, this premier property offers luxury two, three, and four bedroom units. Standard provisions in all condominiums are full kitchens, fireplaces, balconies or patios, gas grills, washer/dryers, humidifiers, and ski slope or wooded views. |

Cancellation: Any cancellation outside of thirty days prior to arrival -- refund deposit minus $50 handling fee. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in full loss of deposit, unless the space is re-rented.
